The Soul Aspect of Parenting

Parent the child you actually have.

Most parenting advice tells you what to do. The Soul Aspect helps you understand who you’re doing it with.

You can raise two children in the same house, with the same parents, the same expectations, and the same rules — and get completely different responses.

One thrives with structure. Another fights it. One wants to talk everything through. Another needs space. One seems naturally driven. Another makes you wonder why everything has to be so hard.

The difference isn’t always your parenting. Sometimes you’re simply parenting two very different people as though they operate the same way.

Personalized Soul-level insight translated into practical parenting information you can return to anytime.

Your child’s Soul Aspect reveals 3 pieces of their natural design:

Part One Core Nature

The deeper characteristics that influence how your child naturally experiences themselves, relationships, and the world around them.

Part Two Core Gifts

Innate strengths that come so naturally to them they may not even recognize them as something unique.

Part Three Natural Operating Style

How they naturally approach tasks, structure, goals, responsibilities, and getting things done.

Sound Familiar?

Same parents. Same house. Completely different kids.

If you have more than one child, you’ve probably already discovered that “good parenting” doesn’t always look exactly the same with each one.

One child needs structure. Another feels controlled by it.

You create routines because they genuinely help one child — but the exact same approach turns into constant resistance with another.

One wants to talk. Another shuts down.

You try to communicate because that’s what good parenting advice tells you to do, but your child seems to need something completely different from you.

What motivates one child barely moves another.

Rewards, consequences, encouragement, independence, competition — what works beautifully for one child can completely fall flat with another.

Eventually, you start questioning yourself.

Am I too strict? Too lenient? Inconsistent? Missing something? Why does parenting this child feel so different?

What if the missing piece isn’t another parenting strategy?

What if you simply need more information about the child you’re applying that strategy to?

A Different Lens

Stop searching for the one “right” way to parent every child.

One-Size-Fits-All Parenting

  • Find the “right” parenting strategy
  • Apply it consistently to every child
  • Assume resistance means the strategy needs to be enforced harder
  • Compare siblings who respond differently
  • Expect children to organize and motivate themselves similarly
  • Keep changing strategies when one doesn’t work

Soul-Aspect Parenting

  • Understand how this individual child naturally operates
  • Choose strategies with the child in mind
  • Separate natural differences from actual behavior problems
  • Stop expecting siblings to function the same way
  • Recognize different strengths and operating styles
  • Adapt without abandoning healthy expectations and boundaries
The Missing Layer

Meet your child’s Soul Aspect.

Traditional parenting tools can help us understand development, behavior, emotions, boundaries, relationships, and environment.

The Soul Aspect adds another lens: your child’s underlying Soul-level design.

It isn’t meant to replace good parenting, child development knowledge, therapy, medical care, or other support your child may need.

It gives you another piece of information to consider when you’re trying to understand why this particular child responds, creates, communicates, and approaches life the way they do.

Because sometimes the parenting strategy isn’t wrong.

It’s simply not the best fit for the child in front of you.

The 3-Part Profile

Three pieces that can change how you see your child.

Your child’s Soul Aspect profile brings together three parts of their underlying design and translates them into language you can actually use as a parent.

1

Core Nature

Helps you understand some of the deeper characteristics your child naturally carries — including strengths, tendencies, and ways they may experience the world differently from you.

2

Core Gifts

Highlights innate Soul-level strengths that may come so naturally to your child that neither of you has realized how important they actually are.

3

Natural Operating Style

Gives you insight into how your child naturally approaches structure, tasks, goals, projects, responsibilities, and the process of getting things done.

Practical Parenting

Knowing their Soul Aspect isn’t the point. Using it is.

Your private profile is designed to help you connect the Soul-level information to situations you’re actually dealing with at home.

Communication

Notice where the way you naturally communicate may not be the way your child best receives information.

Homework & Responsibilities

Understand how their natural operating style may affect the way they approach tasks, routines, and structure.

Motivation

Recognize that what naturally inspires or pushes one child may do very little for another.

Conflict

Begin spotting differences between you that may repeatedly turn everyday situations into unnecessary friction.

Strengths

See gifts that can be easy to overlook simply because they don’t look like your own strengths.

Family Dynamics

As additional family profiles are added, you can begin seeing why some relationships naturally flow while others seem to require more conscious effort.

Simple Process

How your child’s Soul Aspect profile is created

1

Provide Their Information

You give me the information needed to access your child’s Soul-level records and create their profile.

2

I Identify the 3 Pieces

I use my training as a Certified Advanced Soul Realignment® Practitioner to identify the Soul-level information used in the profile.

3

Your Private Profile Is Created

The information is translated into practical, parent-friendly explanations and placed inside your private online profile.

4

Come Back Whenever You Need It

Instead of trying to remember a one-time reading, you can return to the information when real parenting situations come up.

Where does the information come from?

I access the information through the Akashic Records using my training in the Soul Realignment® modality.

The information is then translated into a practical parenting profile designed to help you better understand your child’s natural patterns, strengths, and way of operating.

Rachel Nielsen of The Soul Aspect
Your Guide

Hi, I’m Rachel.

I’m a Certified Advanced Soul Realignment® Practitioner, and I’m also a mom who learned firsthand that children raised in the same family can still need very different things from us.

That’s one of the reasons I’m so interested in bringing Soul-level information into parenting.

Not because I think every parenting challenge has a spiritual explanation. And not because a child’s Soul Blueprint excuses poor behavior.

I believe understanding who your child naturally is gives you better information when deciding how to guide them.

The Soul Aspect is my way of translating what I learn through Soul Realignment into something practical that parents can actually use.

An Important Distinction

Your child’s Soul Aspect is information — not an excuse.

Understanding your child differently doesn’t mean eliminating boundaries, expectations, accountability, or common sense.

Sometimes a teenager is simply acting like a teenager. Sometimes a child needs sleep, consistency, medical support, therapy, stronger limits, more independence — or simply to make a better choice.

The Soul Aspect is not meant to explain away every behavior. It gives you another lens for understanding recurring differences and patterns.

Questions

A few things you might be wondering

What exactly is the Soul Aspect?

The Soul Aspect is the parenting-focused way I organize and explain three pieces of your child’s Soul-level design: their Core Nature, Core Gifts, and Natural Operating Style.

How do you determine my child’s information?

I access the information through the Akashic Records using my training as a Certified Advanced Soul Realignment® Practitioner.

Is this a personality test?

No. You are not asked to read a list of descriptions and choose which one sounds most like your child. The information used for the profile is identified through my Soul Realignment work.

How long does it take to receive my child’s profile?

Your private Soul Aspect profile will be completed within 5–7 business days after your intake form is submitted. You’ll receive instructions for accessing the profile as soon as it’s ready.

Does this replace therapy, medical care, or traditional parenting support?

No. The Soul Aspect is an additional lens for understanding individual differences. It is not medical, psychological, developmental, or therapeutic treatment.

Does my child’s Soul Aspect excuse difficult behavior?

No. Natural design and behavior are not the same thing. The purpose of the profile is greater understanding — not removing healthy boundaries or accountability.

Can I add my other children?

Yes. Additional family profiles can be added, which also opens the door to understanding differences between siblings and parent-child dynamics.

Can parents have profiles too?

Yes. Understanding your own natural design alongside your child’s can be especially useful for seeing where you naturally understand each other — and where your differences may create friction.

How will I receive the profile?

Your child’s information will be organized into a private online profile that you can return to whenever you want to review it.
